Dill Pickles
- Eschy’s Philly-Dilly-Chip Dip – Pete Eschenbach
- 1 (8oz) package of Cream Cheese
- 4 oz Dill Pickle Relish or Chopped Dill Pickles
- 2 tbsp Dill Pickle juice
- 2 tbsp chopped onion (optional)
- Dash of salt (optional)
- Combine all in a bowl, blend with a fork to creamy dip texture
- Great with Chips, Pretzels, Bagels, or anything you desire!
