Our Garlic Cheddar is a smooth & creamy white cheddar cheese with fresh roasted garlic added to give it a great flavor. It is great used with any kind of past and with baked or mashed potatoes. You can use in in anything you want to add a great garlic flavor to.

10 Minute Cheese Sauce
* Bring 2 1/2 to 3oz. of water to a boil.
* Crumble approximately 1/2 lb of Garlic Cheddar into water.
* Stir together until smooth.
* Lower heat and let simmer for 5 minutes.
* Remove from heat and serve with you favorite crackers or chips.
Cheesy Garlic Bread
* Slice a loaf of French bread in half lengthwise.
* Place slices of Garlic Cheddar on both halves completely covering the
bread.
* Place bread on aluminum foil and put under a broiler.
* Removed from heat when cheese is melted and golden brown.
Garlic Cheddar Biscuits
* 5 cups all purpose baking mix
* 1 cup shredded Garlic Cheddar cheese
* 1 (14oz) can Chicken broth
-Preheat oven to 450*
-Mix baking mix, cheese & broth to form a soft dough.
-Drop by spoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheet - makes 24.
-Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown - serve hot.
Garlic Cheddar Mac & Cheese
* 12-16oz of your favorite pasta
* 3 tbsp unsalted butter
* 3 tbsp all purpose flour
* 2 cups milk
* 8 oz. (1/2lb) Garlic Cheddar-shredded
* 5-6 oz. Kraft Garlic & Herb cooking creme
* Salt & Pepper to taste
-In a medium sauce pan, melt the butter over medium high heat. Whisk in flour & milk. Cook, stiring occassionally, until it comes to a low boil & thinkens noticeably. Remove the pan from the heat & stir in the Garlic Cheddar cheese & cooking creme. Whisk until cheese is completely melted. Add cheese sauce to pasta & stir to combine, season with salt & pepper to taste and serve immediately.
