This hot pepper relish is the best I've ever had. I mix it with everything...it's great to spread on salmon on the grill and baked chicken...even a tuna sandwich. It's really great mixed with cream cheese as a dip. The sweet/hot combo is perfect! I can't keep enough in the cupboard, everyone loves this stuff, in fact I'm sending it to my family in Oregon and Washington for Christmas because they tried it and loved it.
