Ohio Swiss
- The Rueben Bake (Made with the best Ohio Swiss)
- Cooked Corned Beef (Broken into small pieces)
- 1 large can Sauerkraut (drained)
- 1 pk Frozen Hash Browns (Shredded or Diced)
- 1 can Cream Soup (Your Preference, Potato and Celery work great)
- 1 lb Shredded Ohio Swiss Cheese
- Mix everything but ½ lb of Ohio Swiss Cheese from Grandpas Cheese Barn in large bowl and place into 13 x 9 casserole pan.
- Bake at 350 for 30 minutes, take foil off, spread 2nd package of Swiss Cheese on top and let bake additional 10 minutes or until cheese melts and starts browning.
