You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We can ship products anywhere in the continental United States using UPS. Our shipping charges are determined by the total weight of your order and where it is being delivered to. Orders being shipped in Ohio and boarding states will be shipped Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesday, all other orders will be processed and shipped on Mondays.
**Orders being shipped via UPS will only be deliverd by UPS Monday-Friday. This is why orders being deliverd outside of Ohio are limited as to when we will ship them out of our store.**

Shipping & Handling Charges
Each order placed on-line will show a shipping & handling charge. While the majority of this charge is for shipping, $2.50 of this cost is for handling on all orders. Additional charges will be applied if it is necessary for us to seal any of your items (cheeses or meats) & a cooler bag with ice pack to keep your items cold. While we will do our best to ensure that your charge is not more than the estimate that you were given during checkout, sometimes it may go a bit over that amount. Shipping Address
In the event that an address provided on an order is incorrect and is returned to Grandpa's Cheesebarn, that package will be reshipped and the additional shipping charge will be charged to the customer.
Beginning May 1st through October 31st
* We are unable to ship any orders containing chocolates due to the sensativity of the products. Chocolates being shipped to the Southern United States must be shipped via Next Day Air all year.
* All orders containing Meat and/or Cheese products being shipped to Arizona, Utah, Idaho, Nevada, California, Oregon, Washington, Montana, Wyoming, Colorado or New Mexico will automatically be shipped 3-day select with UPS at the customers cost. This is due to the higher temperatures during these months. The cost of 3-day select shipping tends to me approximately double the cost of ground shipping (This cost will NOT show up during the checkout process). Contact the store directly if you would like a more accurate estimation of the shipping cost BEFORE ordering. It is understood that by ordering and agreeing to this during the checkout process that you are approving the additional charge to the credit card you provided.
Money Orders will be excepted on phone orders ONLY.
**Money Order orders will be shipped the next shipping day after we receive your money order.
