Smoked Pork Sausage (1lb)

My family goes way back with smoked pork sausuage. Our local meat store went out of business some years ago and we have looked and tried everything everywhere with not much satisfaction. We went to Ashland to look at the University and stopped in. We bought 2 packages and we are hooked. We plan trips up there and now I am ordering online. It has a nice gentle taste, not dry at all, not greasy. It's unbelievable. I am going to get some for my entire family for gifts.
