Vidalia Onion & Summer Tomato Dressing
Easy Baked Fish - Jay Pappas
- Lake Erie Perch, Walleye, Flounder or any mild white fish fillets
- Grandpa’s Vidalia Onion and Summer Tomato Dressing
- Saltine Crackers or bread crumbs
- Melted butter
- Make sure fillets are thawed. Coat each fillet with Grandpa’s Vidalia Onion & Summer Tomato Dressing.
- Cover both sides with finely crushed cracker crumbs.
- Grease a baking sheet and place fillets on it without them touching.
- Drizzle melted butter over each coated fillet.
- Bake at 450* for 10 minutes.
- A couple minutes more may be needed if fillets are thick.
- Serve promptly
