Vidalia Onion & Summer Tomato Dressing

Easy Baked Fish - Jay Pappas
  • Lake Erie Perch, Walleye, Flounder or any mild white fish fillets
  • Grandpa’s Vidalia Onion and Summer Tomato Dressing
  • Saltine Crackers or bread crumbs
  • Melted butter
    • Make sure fillets are thawed.  Coat each fillet with Grandpa’s Vidalia Onion & Summer Tomato Dressing.
    • Cover both sides with finely crushed cracker crumbs.
    • Grease a baking sheet and place fillets on it without them touching.
    • Drizzle melted butter over each coated fillet.
    • Bake at 450* for 10 minutes.
      • A couple minutes more may be needed if fillets are thick.
    • Serve promptly
