Aged for about 16 months! You feel the smoothness of the cheddar through it’s rich, creamy texture, and it’s unexpected crunch that is provided by calcium lactate crystals.

Add it to your cheese tray or provide a delicious alternative to the classic cheddar on a burger! It is also perfect to grate over pasta, salads and even nachos!

Each chunk is a little under 1/2 a pound.
