This hard, crumbly cheese has a robust, long lasting flavor with hints of pecan, whiskey, and butterscotch. These flavors form naturally during the aging process, and give this cheese a unique and elegant flavor. Like our Beemster Vlaskaas, this cheese is LACTOSE FREE & GLUTEN FREE.
