Our locally made Cajun Cheese Curds have a distinct cajun flavor and firm texture. Cheese curds are made from pasteurized cows milk, and are formed early in the cheese making process, making them the youngest and freshest form of cheese. They are often referred to as squeaky cheese because of the characteristic squeak made against ones teeth when chewing.
