Cheesy Potato Bacon Soup is thick, creamy and delicious! This soup is made without meat or meat broth - perfect for meatless diets!

¾ cup Soup Starter mix

2½ cups water (or for a richer soup, use 1½ cups of water and 1 cup whole milk)

In a medium saucepan, stir soup starter mix into water. Over low heat, bring to a simmer with frequent stirring. Simmer on low for 10 minutes, stirring often. Remove from heat, cover and let stand for 5 minutes before serving.

Makes 3 – 8oz servings.

Delicious as a sauce for over steamed veggies.
