A deliciously brined and crumbly cheese that perfectly complements pastas, salads and breads. This salty Greek cheese is made from sheep, goat & cows milk.  It is often dry and crumbly but, can be creamy depending on age and pairs well with White Zinfandel, Pinot Blanc and Sauvignon Blanc.
