¾ cup Soup Starter mix
3 cups water

In a medium saucepan, stir soup starter mix into water. Over low heat, bring to a simmer with frequent stirring. Simmer on low for 30 minutes, stirring often. Remove from heat, cover and let stand for 5 minutes before serving.

Makes 3 – 8oz servings.

Options: Add shredded, cooked chicken and top with cheese and crunchy tortilla chips or crisp, fried tortilla strips.
