Our Hot Pepper Grilling Cheese is a young, medium-soft cheese with a mild, mozzarella flavor sprinkled with a zip of hot pepper. It can be eaten plain or happily dipped in your favorite syrups and jams! It has been produced in Finland and Sweden for over 200 years and undergoes a baking process, which lightly browns the edges and prevents the cheese from melting.

Simply warm in oven, microwave, grill, or skillet until your Grilling Cheese glistens. Grilling Cheese softens, but doesn't melt.
